After extensive training in MMA, I found that traditional physiotherapy and massages were too costly.

 

After researching for a while, cold plunges came up, they were getting popular fast at the time, because they're a great cost-effective recovery tool.

So I set up a makeshift ice bath at home with a cold water filled tank, and it worked wonderfully.

Great for recovery and affordable too, exactly what I was looking for.
